Thank you for submitting a request for us to help in the local community and non-profit organizations. Please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your needed date of your donation. After we receive the completed form, managers will review and contact the businesses that the donations will go to.

Although Karie Anne's strives to be heavily involved in the community, we are not always able to fulfill every request. If we are not able to donate to your organization at this time, please consider us again in the future. We are a small business and must adhere to a donation budget.

Note: Unless previous arrangements have been made, we are not doing any cash donations or sponsorships at this time.
